Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to bring with me?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time and bring a photo I.D. and insurance card. If this is your first visit, we will have some additional paperwork for you to fill out on arrival.
How often should I have my eyes checked?
Most adults should have a comprehensive eye exam every one to two years—annually once you’re over 60 or if you have vision correction, a family history of eye disease, or health conditions like diabetes; children typically need their first exam around six months of age, another at age three, then before starting school, and every one to two years thereafter.
What insurance do you accept?
We work with many different insurance carriers and payment plans.
